Give the receiving crew a useful restroom brief

The person ordering equipment is not always present when it arrives. A concise handover helps the receiving crew act on the plan without making unapproved decisions.

Record the accepted equipment and position

Keep the agreed unit types, quantity and proposed location with the site contact. Show the intended wash point and accessible approach as well as the cabins. Do not rely on verbal instructions passed between several trades.

Identify who can approve a different position if the original area becomes unavailable. A nearby alternative may have a different surface or service approach and needs review by the provider.

Share restrictions before the delivery visit

Explain entry procedures, hours when trucks may enter and any vehicle movements the delivery team must coordinate around. If the entrance is not obvious from the street address, describe how the receiving person will identify it. Do not publish gate codes on the website.

Keep responsibility clear after installation

Assign a contact for blocked access, supply concerns or changes in crew size. Ask the provider which tasks are included in servicing and which routine checks the site should perform. Notify the team before fencing or storage changes interfere with its route.

At project close, follow the agreed collection request process and retain access until removal. This handover guide supports planning; it does not certify workplace compliance or set a universal equipment ratio.
