North Miami / Rental decisions

A longer rental should remain workable after week one

Long-term hire is an ongoing arrangement, not just an initial equipment drop. Agree how information moves between your site and the rental team throughout the project.

Record the normal pattern and likely changes

Explain usual attendance, working hours and any periods when more people will be present. Include planned shutdowns or additional phases. This lets the proposed equipment and service plan reflect the project rather than an isolated opening-day estimate.

Assign a site contact who can notice blocked access, supply concerns or changed use. That person should know which issues to report and which tasks the provider has agreed to handle.

Review access whenever the site changes

A new fence, material delivery or temporary road closure can interfere with service even when the toilet itself has not moved. Keep the provider informed before an agreed approach becomes unavailable. Discuss relocation through the rental team rather than moving units independently.

Check wash stations and accessible approaches as part of the same review. An arrangement that worked during early construction can become awkward once more trades or equipment occupy the property.

Agree the process for extending or ending hire

Ask how much notice is requested for collection, how access will be coordinated and what happens if your project dates move. Do not assume that stopping use automatically ends the rental or schedules a pickup.

For a North Miami long-term enquiry, provide an estimated period and explain what could change it. Equipment selection, servicing, transport and terms should be clear in the accepted proposal. Calls accepted around the clock do not mean every service or removal can take place at any hour.
