North Miami / Rental decisions

Short rentals need more than one date

A short event or repair may last only a small part of the time equipment needs to be on site. Separate arrival, use and collection when you make the enquiry.

Write down the three windows

Identify when the property can receive equipment, when people need to use it and when collection can occur. These windows may be controlled by different people. A venue booking that starts with the event may not provide an earlier supplier access period.

For a temporary loss of indoor facilities, explain the expected outage and any uncertainty about restoration. Ask how changes to the hire period are handled rather than assuming an early finish or extension happens automatically.

Prepare for the busiest part of the hire

Describe how many people are likely to use the facilities and whether demand is concentrated at breaks or between activities. Consider handwashing and accessible provision alongside the basic cabins. Ask whether the proposed service arrangements fit the use, not just the number of days.

Leave a clear handover after people depart

Name the person receiving the units and the person who can provide pickup access. If those are different contacts, make sure both know the agreed position and timetable. Keep parked vehicles, waste and packed equipment away from the collection route.

Give your North Miami address and desired windows as a request. Confirmation depends on equipment and route review. Submitting the form does not establish a reservation or a guaranteed arrival time.
