Ask about the actual model offered
Explain the needs of the people expected to use the facilities and ask which wider-entry or ADA-designated models can be considered. Review entrance design, internal space and relevant fittings with the supplier. Product labels and illustrative photos do not establish that every available model has identical features.
If a venue or project has accessibility requirements, have its responsible organiser review the proposal. This page is practical planning guidance, not an assurance that a particular installation meets every applicable requirement.
Walk the route before equipment is placed
Trace the path from the activity area to the proposed position. Include gates, ground conditions, gradients and places where other equipment could narrow the approach. A generous cabin interior cannot compensate for an obstructed path outside.
Allow for door movement and people waiting without occupying the through-route. Include handwashing in the same check and ask how it will be reached and used. Confirm the arrangement after tables, fencing or building materials are in their final positions.
Keep access available for the whole rental
Identify who can respond if furniture, vehicles or supplies block the approach. Changes should be coordinated with the property contact and provider; independent repositioning can create a new access problem.
Tell the rental team about setup hours, public use and servicing access at your North Miami property. Ask for the available model and an agreed layout before treating the enquiry as a booking. Where a trailer is proposed, discuss its access arrangement separately rather than assuming external steps are suitable for everyone.
