Match the station to the task
Explain whether washing is needed alongside portable toilets, near a working crew or as part of an event arrangement. Ask how the offered model operates, which supplies it includes and whether it is self-contained or needs a connection. Do not assume every image represents the same basin or water arrangement.
If food handling is involved, ask the responsible organiser or relevant authority what facilities are required for that activity. A general guest wash station should not be represented as automatically meeting a vendor’s particular needs.
Give washing its own place in the layout
Locate the station where users naturally pass after the restroom without blocking doors or accessible routes. Consider how a queue would affect nearby tables, paths and work areas. Have the venue agree the position and the provider assess a suitable surface.
Include the station when discussing delivery access; it is another item that must be placed and later removed. Keep it reachable for routine attention rather than surrounding it with furniture after setup.
Agree who handles water, waste and consumables
Discuss expected use, the period of hire and the proposed service schedule. Ask who checks soap, towels and water between visits, how to report a problem and what tasks should be left to the provider. Do not empty wastewater or improvise connections without the agreed instructions.
When requesting a North Miami quote, mention any existing sinks as well as the proposed temporary stations. This helps clarify whether you need additional capacity, a more convenient location or a replacement during an outage. Quantity, model and service arrangements remain part of the individual proposal.
