Describe attendance as a pattern
Give expected attendance and explain whether visitors stay, leave and return, or arrive in separate sessions. Include staff, vendors and performers who use facilities outside public hours. Discuss periods when several activities finish at once.
Ask the provider to review equipment numbers and servicing against this pattern. Avoid treating a single total or an online ratio as a complete recommendation for your event.
Place facilities where circulation still works
Identify activity zones, accessible paths, food areas and supplier entrances. Review whether more than one restroom position would make sense and ask the venue to approve the arrangement. Keep queues from blocking exits or the main route through the event.
Handwashing provision needs its own attention. Confirm what vendors require with the responsible organiser; a general public washing point is not automatically a complete facility for every food-related task.
Reserve access for attention during the programme
Discuss how servicing and supply checks will happen while the event is active. The supplier may need an agreed vehicle window or access arrangement that cannot be improvised in a crowd. Assign a contact who can act on a problem without leaving it for the closing crew.
For North Miami public facilities, verify equipment permissions before finalising the layout. Provide the specific property and programme for review; this page does not promise unrestricted park placement or confirmed equipment availability.
