Make the restroom arrangement visible to every supplier
Add toilets, wash stations, accessible approaches and the equipment entrance to the working plan. Include the space needed for queues and service, not just a symbol for each unit. Give the same version to the venue contact and the people arranging staging or catering.
If another supplier changes its position, review the effect on the restroom area. A small move can occupy a door opening or service route even when the units themselves remain in place.
Separate authorisation from logistics
The venue decides what equipment may be placed on its property; the provider assesses whether the requested equipment can be delivered, installed and maintained. Ask both questions. An accepted venue booking is not evidence that a trailer’s connections are adequate or that its delivery route works.
North Miami facility rules can differ by property. Consult the relevant official booking information and the venue contact rather than applying one park’s conditions to a different room or private site.
Choose a contact for each handover
Name someone for setup, the active event and removal. Explain how urgent questions should be passed between them. Ask what cleaning and supply attention has been included and what the organiser needs to monitor.
Submit the location, programme and proposed equipment through the enquiry form or discuss them by phone. Delivery, service and pickup should be part of the accepted arrangement before the event relies on them.
