Use local information without assuming permission
The town’s recreation page describes its parks and activities. It is not an authorisation to place outside rental equipment. Ask the relevant operator about the particular use and position you propose.
At a privately managed property, confirm the owner or manager’s instructions for suppliers. Explain where the crew or guests will enter and where delivery vehicles should be directed.
Keep temporary facilities out of the working circulation
For a home project, consider contractor movement, material unloading and access retained by occupants. For a gathering, review guest approaches and space around the doors. In either case, ask the provider to assess placement and service access together.
Include handwashing and accessibility requirements early. The smallest equipment footprint is not necessarily the most workable arrangement once users and surrounding space are considered.
Name a contact for access changes
Explain when the property can receive and release equipment and who can resolve an access question. If a gate or work area changes, notify the rental team before the next visit.
Use this Golden Beach guide to prepare an enquiry, not as proof of an existing town contract, branch or guaranteed route. Dates, equipment and service must be confirmed for the requested address.
