Miami Beach’s Parks and Recreation rental page separates several facility options and inquiries. Identify the relevant contact and ask what your accepted booking permits. Outside restroom equipment needs its own approval.
For a private venue, use its manager’s current supplier instructions. A rental company cannot substitute its equipment quote for the property’s permission or access conditions.
Define the intended facility gap
Explain which toilets are already available and why temporary facilities are being considered. Include staff and vendors working outside the public programme. Discuss cabin features, washing and accessible needs against that gap rather than copying another event’s equipment list.
Provide the proposed position and vehicle approach. Ask the provider to review the actual model’s space and service requirements before the layout is fixed.

Clarify when the property needs equipment removed and when a vehicle can enter. Confirm who receives and releases the units if the event organiser will not be present.
