Start with a feasible position
Provide the property entrance and proposed placement area. Ask the provider about the actual trailer’s transport approach, overall space, setup clearances and entrance arrangement. The visible body of a trailer is not the whole space required for delivery or use.
Tell the venue which position is being considered and who has authority to approve it. Keep vehicle access, guest movement and accessible provision in the same conversation. Do not assume a paved area is available simply because it appears empty.
Confirm amenities and connections together
Describe the features you want, such as flushing toilets, basins, lighting or climate control, then ask what the offered model includes. Review power, water and wastewater arrangements specifically for that model. Existing outlets or taps need assessment; their presence alone does not establish suitability.
Clarify which connections and setup tasks are the provider’s responsibility and which must be arranged by the venue or organiser. Avoid improvised utility work or instructions based on another trailer you have rented before.
Coordinate the service period with the event or project
Explain the hours the facilities will be used, including staff setup and cleanup. Ask about cleaning, supplies and service access during the hire. Agree how an issue is reported and who remains available to coordinate it.
Request a North Miami address review before considering the trailer selected. Its features, route, installation and removal must all be workable. If the property cannot accommodate it, ask about a cabin-based arrangement without assuming that either option is already reserved.
