Keep freestanding facilities separate from vehicle work
Portable toilets and handwashing stations can be discussed for a permitted gathering or temporary use area. They are not the same request as servicing a vehicle’s holding tank, making a campsite connection or disposing of wastewater. Do not assume those services are included with a cabin rental.
Describe which permanent facilities participants can use and when they are open. Include visitors, organisers and people who are not staying inside the vehicles.
Confirm the property’s permission and layout
Ask the owner or operator whether outside equipment is allowed and where it can be placed. Keep guest access, vehicle movements and provider access distinct. If the gathering is at a public facility, its rules apply independently of the equipment enquiry.
Ask for an accessible arrangement where needed and include washing in the plan. Avoid using a product image as proof that a unit or placement meets every participant’s requirements.
Agree the practical period of use
Share arrival and departure patterns and the time available for equipment collection after participants leave. Ask who handles routine supplies and how any servicing fits the property’s access hours.
Provide the actual North Miami address for review. This guide does not claim a campground affiliation, tank-pumping service or permission to use a particular location. The accepted quote should state the equipment and responsibilities you have actually arranged.
