Check the facilities included in your booking
Ask which indoor restrooms guests may use and whether they remain available during supplier setup and cleanup. Identify any limitations associated with the room, outdoor space or booking hours. Permission for a celebration does not automatically include permission to install outside equipment.
For a municipal venue, consult its booking contact before choosing temporary restrooms. North Miami’s published pavilion guidance restricts outside rental equipment; do not assume that a portable toilet can be added to a pavilion reservation.
Compare guest-facing features in concrete terms
If you are considering upgraded cabins or a trailer, list the amenities that matter to you and request details of the available models. Review washing, entrances, lighting and any utility requirements. A premium category name is not a substitute for those specifications.
Allow a convenient, readable route from the celebration while keeping supplier movement separate. Discuss accessible provision with the venue and provider rather than relying on appearance or an illustrated product label.
Connect the wedding timetable to supplier access
Include preparation, guest arrival, the reception and teardown. Confirm who receives equipment while the organiser is occupied elsewhere. Agree the pickup arrangement with the property before everyone leaves after the event.
Share the North Miami address and your preferred setup as an enquiry. The venue’s permission and the supplier’s accepted equipment arrangement are separate confirmations; neither should be assumed from the other.
