Confirm the boundaries of the booking
Ask the venue contact which indoor and outdoor areas are included and which amenities remain shared with other users. Check whether toilets are available for the full setup, event and cleanup period. Do not plan outside equipment in space that has not been approved.
For a private renovation or temporary facility outage, explain which paths occupants need to retain. The restroom arrangement should not create an obstacle to normal access.
Review the experience from the activity to the unit
Walk the proposed approach, including changes of surface, gates and places where people may wait. Ask about accessible models and washing points in the same review. Keep catering, furniture and supplier unloading from narrowing that route after setup.
If a trailer is preferred, have the provider assess its entrance and connection requirements. A cabin alternative should also be assessed, not assumed suitable simply because it is smaller.
Make the collection route part of the final layout
Keep a contact available after the activity ends and confirm when equipment vehicles may return. Avoid using the cleared area around toilets as temporary storage during teardown.
Supply the Surfside address, dates and approved location through the enquiry. This existing city guide does not claim a separate premises or automatic availability; the proposal must fit the particular property.
